My name is Wesley Davis and I am the CEO of Athena Development.

Ever since I was little, I have always been obsessed with classical architecture and the classical era at large. In Plato’s writings, he says that divinity is finding beauty among the chaos.

My journey began when my father’s bankruptcy left our family in ruins. He lost everything—his assets, friends, and eventually, his mental health. Forced to drop out of college, I took on the responsibility of completing his unfinished construction projects despite having no experience, all while battling debt, identity theft, and relentless challenges.

From this struggle, Athena was born—not the goddess of beauty, but of wisdom and strategy. With God’s guidance and the support of those He sent, I turned adversity into growth, expanding Athena from countertops into full-scale luxury renovations, new construction, and commercial projects. Today, we handle everything from luxury remodels, high-end builds, complex high-rise projects, multifamily construction to major commercial contracts like KFC and Taco Bell.

My passion is helping people manifest beauty among the chaos of construction. My focus is building systems that run themselves and providing a white-glove experience, turning even the toughest projects into seamless, beautiful outcomes. All of this is possible only through God and the incredible people He placed in my life.
